EPO-TEK OG116-31 is a single-component, UV-curable optical epoxy for PCB and circuit assembly in semiconductor, computer, and scientific OEM industries. Manufactured by Epoxy Technology, Inc., it offers high viscosity (20,000–30,000 cPs) for paste dispensing, Tg ≥115°C for solder reflow compatibility, and ≥96% transmission at 660–1,640 nm. Die shear reaches 27.8 Kg after UV + 24-hour RT post-cure.
