SILCOOL TIA208R is a two-component thermally conductive silicone potting compound by Momentive Performance Materials. It cures to a thermally conductive rubber with primerless adhesion to metals and plastics, conforms to complex 3D cavities, and is UL94 V-0 certified (File E320603) with a 150°C RTI rating.
