ThreeBond 1630 is a UV-curing sheet adhesive in film form (27–33 µm thick), designed for face-bonding of transparent parts requiring excellent light resistance and optical clarity. Manufactured by ThreeBond Co., Ltd., it is transferred and pre-bonded by heat and pressure, then cured by UV irradiation to become transparent, flexible, and highly light-resistant — making it suitable for optical displays and light-exposed assemblies.
