SILCOOL TIA213G is a two-component thermally conductive silicone rubber from Momentive Performance Materials for thermal interface applications requiring excellent stress relief. Its 5,000 mPa·s mixed viscosity enables flow into narrow gaps and cures to a very soft (Shore A22) elastic rubber that relieves stress on critical electronic components.
